How does it work?
It’s a nine-step intuitive process that can be completed in as little as 15 minutes. The app guides you through defining and accounting for your:
- Capacity to deliver work (aka billable hours) over the course of a year
- Desired salary
- Operational workforce (employees and or contractors)
- Setting a profit margin
- Recovery of debt
- Replacement of Assets
- Business use of home and vehicle (helps align that data for tax time as well)
- Operating Costs
- And setting up your offers.
It’s a calculator that ticks up or down depending on your cost inputs or adjustments – so you can visualize your business’s unit economics/per hour rate as you build it!
